Orders placed on Healtyco.com are fulfilled through trusted U.S.-based fulfillment and logistics partners to support reliable delivery across the United States.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
- Typical processing time is 1 to 2 business days from the date your order is placed.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Processing times may vary during high-volume seasons, holidays, or promotional events.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All shipments originate from U.S.-based fulfillment facilities.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Our system automatically sends order confirmations, shipment tracking updates, and delivery notifications. If you do not receive these updates, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
Healtyco is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays, failed delivery, return-to-sender issues, or additional fees.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal, or failed delivery attempts may be refunded minus original shipping costs. Reshipment requests may require additional shipping fees.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to carrier, state, regional, or local shipping restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders that cannot be shipped to a specific location.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from Healtyco may be lawfully purchased and received in their location.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting support, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging and product.

Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when contacting support.
Return Authorization
Please do not send products back without prior authorization. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted or refunded.
