Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at HealtyCo.com. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. All orders are handled by HealtyCo LLC, registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, with fulfillment centers located in the United States.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
  • Processing time is typically 1–2 business days from the date your order is placed.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

Please note: Processing times may vary during high-volume seasons or promotional events.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • All shipments originate from U.S.-based facilities.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to follow the shipment. You may also log into your HealtyCo.com account to view order status.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.


5. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit:

  • Contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
  • Then contact our support team at sales@healtyco.com for further assistance.

HealtyCo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery failures or additional fees. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately at sales@healtyco.com.


7. Order Tracking Notifications

Our system automatically sends status updates, including order confirmation, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation emails. Make sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you do not receive these notifications.


8. Shipping Restrictions

All products offered on HealtyCo.com are FDA-compliant dietary supplements. Certain items may be subject to carrier or regional restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders that cannot be legally shipped.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.


10. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt will be refunded minus original shipping costs. Reshipment requests may incur additional fees.
