Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with HealtyCo.com. Your satisfaction matters to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for all purchases made through our online store.


1. General Policy

  • All products are manufactured in FDA-approved facilities and shipped from the United States.
  • Due to the nature of dietary supplements and health products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

3. Return Procedure

  1. Send an email to sales@healtyco.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with a return authorization and the correct return address.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include your order details.
  4. Ship the product using a trackable service. We recommend USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.


4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider (Visa, PayPal, or Stripe).

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Opened or partially used supplement containers.
  • Products marked as final sale or promotional giveaways.
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact sales@healtyco.com within 7 days of receiving your order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or PayPal account again.
  • Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at sales@healtyco.com.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement before they enter fulfillment.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return following this policy.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
